Two tips of the week:
1. Weigh and measure food initially to calibrate your eyeballs. You are probably eating too much protein on a Low-Carb diet without realizing it.
2. Keep food log. Write down everything you eat. This will help to determine if you are on the diet or not and it will make you more mindful of what you are eating.
Both of these tips have a proven track record for improving diet compliance and weight loss.
